GUIDE is a Medicare benefit that provides care coordination, caregiver support, and connection to local resources for families affected by dementia. It is personalized and available statewide in Arkansas.
Families usually qualify when a loved one has a dementia diagnosis, has traditional Medicare Parts A and B, and has a family or unpaid caregiver involved, and to qualify for respite care has a family or unpaid caregiver invoiced. Call us and we will confirm the details with you.
GUIDE is a Medicare benefit. There is no additional cost to eligible families. There is no additional costs for families or caregivers.
The first thing you get is access to a 24/7 helpline. A real person answers, any time of day or night. You will also get a dedicated care navigator, help understanding benefits, and support connecting to local, state, and national services. Respite is also available to those who qualify.
